自動噴涂裝置采用噴涂機器人，噴涂機器人為防爆型，確保噴涂系統安全運行。機器人行走軸由機架、精密線性滑軌、伺服電機配齒輪齒條、電線與氣管拖鏈組成。機器人行走軸采用防漆霧污染、防爆設計，保證運行安全可靠。具有跟蹤噴涂功能，可配置網絡接口。配置彩色屏手持編程單元。拖鏈采用國產優質的高速無噪聲型坦克鏈。

供漆及噴涂系統用于防熱涂料、面漆的配料、供料和噴涂。防熱涂料、面漆噴涂各單獨配置1套。供漆及噴涂系統由配料桶、分散機、油漆攪拌器、隔膜泵、調壓閥、壓力表、輸送管路、自動噴槍等組成。配料桶和分散機用于配料，采用轉速≥200r/min的防爆型分散機、不銹鋼配料桶，安裝在調漆室。

油漆攪拌器采用氣動攪拌的方式，并配有不銹鋼雙槳葉攪拌和不銹鋼攪拌桶，防止沉淀，清洗方便。供漆系統加料位置不應與自動噴涂裝置動作存在干涉，避免加料時自動噴涂裝置對操作人員產生傷害。隔膜泵、自動空氣噴槍采用進口產品，調壓閥、壓力表、涂料管等采用進口或國產優質產品。供漆及噴涂系統支架采用不銹鋼材料制作。配置壓縮空氣過濾裝置，對廠房提供的壓縮空氣進行凈化，保證噴涂質量和設備運行可靠。

The bracket for the paint supply and spraying system is made of stainless steel material. Equipped with a compressed air filtration device to purify the compressed air provided by the factory, ensuring spraying quality and reliable equipment operation.
